Good way for Slimming~

Here is some good way for slimming dat i wanna share wt u guys~

  • Dont skip ur breakfast (so u wil nt eat too much during ur lunch)
  • Your food portion should nt more than ur palm
  • Carbohydrate & Protein must eat seperately (Carbo for lunch, while protein for dinner.If mix 2gether wil produce toxic gaseous in stomach dat make u 'expand'. So chicken rice is nt a gud meal~)
  • Do more house chore
  • Eat more vegetables & fruit ( fibre helps 2 prevent constipation)
  • Sleep before 11pm ( 11-1pm is d time for ur liver to work, it wil helps in burning fats)

above is very 'formal' way to lose weight, now i would lk 2 share some 'funny' ways in diff countries~

Taiwan: Big laugh(大笑 )3 minutes per time, 15times per day.(it shakes ur whole body n wil burn ur fats) LOL....kinda funny rite? hahaha

Japan: Use left hand to hold the chopstick while u r eating.( u wil feel difficult 2 take n thus u wil loss ur appetite)

Russia: Kissing~ (i forgot d reason d XP hehe)

French:谈恋爱~ (wil produce xxx hormones dat wil make u slim)

hahaha...kinda funny is it? Bt im nt kidding, i really read frm a book.

Which one do u prefer? i prefer d Taiwan's way~ cz is easy 2 me cz i enjoy laughing~XP

(ur food portion is triple of ur palm size)

Carbohydrate & Protein must eat seperately
(we always eat chicken rice T.T)

Sleep before 11pm
(impossible for me...weekdays bout 12,weekends 2 to 3)
